Private by design

Fixbun was built on a simple premise: everyday file utilities shouldn't require you to upload personal photos, voice memos, and private videos to third-party servers.

Zero Server Uploads

Your files never leave your device. All video, audio, and image transformations occur strictly within your browser's sandboxed environment.

No Tracking or Telemetry

We don't track your identity, your filenames, your file contents, or what you produce. We don't sell data because we never possess it.

In-Memory Lifecycle

Files reside only in temporary browser memory (RAM/ArrayBuffers) while the tab is open. Once you close the tab, the working copy is immediately purged.

EXIF & Geolocation Protection

Our Scrubber tool strips sensitive GPS tags, camera serial numbers, and timestamps from images before you share them on public portals.

How to Verify Our Claims

Trust, but verify. You don't have to take our word for it:

  1. Open your browser's Developer Tools (F12 or Cmd + Option + I).
  2. Switch to the Network tab and check the Disable cache option.
  3. Drop any heavy video or photo into any tool and click process.
  4. Notice that no multipart file uploads, POST bodies, or cloud uploads occur.
